Do Soundful AI subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans renew automatically by billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Which plans include royalty-free commercial usage rights?
Annual-billed Starter and Plus include royalty-free commercial usage rights for eligible songs, instrumentals, background music, and lyric drafts generated while that annual subscription is active, subject to the License Agreement. Monthly plans and the Free Plan do not include that commercial grant.
What is the main difference between Free, Starter, and Plus?
Free supports online listening and evaluation with public results. Paid plans add downloads, private generation, longer storage, and the allowances shown in the plan cards.
Can I cancel Soundful AI anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the remainder of the current billing period.
How many tracks can I generate?
The plan cards show the current allowance and whether it uses attempts or credits. Usage is charged per generation task, not per output track. Check Account for the remaining allowance.
Are downloads included on the free plan?
No. Free usage supports online listening and evaluation, and free results stay public by default. Paid plans unlock MP3 and WAV downloads plus private visibility controls.
Which payment methods are supported?
Soundful AI accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe.
